About the role
- Active support of Senior Account Managers throughout the entire sales cycle
- Preparation of compelling presentations, proposals and contracts
- Responsibility for maintaining and continuously improving our customer data in the CRM
- Creation and onboarding support for end users in our systems
- Handling initial customer and user inquiries independently
- Close collaboration with our Product team to incorporate customer feedback and requirements and to further improve our solution
Requirements
- Some initial experience in sales, account management and/or customer service — ideally in healthcare or SaaS
- Enjoy communicating and a confident presence when interacting with different stakeholders
- Interest in explaining complex products (e.g., AI-based solutions) in a clear and accessible way
- Fluent German and at least good English skills
- Practical experience with CRM systems
- Initial exposure to sales processes or presentation preparation
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector
- Motivated to learn from experienced colleagues and to develop professionally
- Enjoy working in a dynamic start-up environment with a hands-on mentality
- Empathy when dealing with customers and colleagues
- Openness to new things, willingness to learn, and a strong affinity for technology
