• The ServiceNow Solutions Engineer partners with account teams to understand customer business challenges and design tailored ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• This role combines expertise in ServiceNow licensing, solution design, and customer engagement to drive revenue growth, deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations, and position SHI as a trusted advisor.
• The Solutions Engineer collaborates closely with sales, delivery, and partner teams to accelerate deal closure and expand ServiceNow opportunities.

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business goals, security challenges, and technology environments.
• Assess customer security architectures and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrate expertise in email security environments (e.g., SEG, API-based protection, phishing defense, and data protection) and develop high-level architectures, solution proposals, and supporting technical documentation.
• Design and recommend scalable cybersecurity solutions aligned to customer requirements and best practices.
• Present security solutions, value propositions, and competitive differentiation to both technical and executive audiences.
• Support product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and technical briefings.
• Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to validate and refine proposed solutions.
• Assist with pre‑sales proof‑of‑concept (PoC) efforts to validate technical fitness and business value.
• Provide technical enablement and security-focused training to internal sales teams.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to post‑sales delivery teams following opportunity closure.

Presales Solutions Engineer – Security

• Serve as the technical SME for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment, extension, and agent solution development in Copilot Studio, including first-party, declarative, and custom engine agents.
• Guide SHI customers through hands-on Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments, including tenant readiness assessments, data and AI readiness, license assignments, use case identification, and governance.
• Lead end-to-end Copilot deployments, including prerequisite validation, service enablement, and rollout planning across Microsoft 365 Admin Center and related services.
• Design and implement security and compliance controls using Microsoft Purview (labels, DLP, eDiscovery), Microsoft Defender (threat visibility), and Microsoft Entra (identity, conditional access, least privilege).
• Assess and reduce data exposure risks by analyzing Microsoft Graph signals, SharePoint and OneDrive permissions, sensitivity labels, and external sharing configurations.
