Requirements
- One year of experience in a related photo/design field (including internships or freelance work).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, and potentially other relevant software.
- Understanding of basic design principles: Knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent photo editing skills: A good eye for choosing photos, and an ability to retouch, manipulate, or enhance images for various purposes on some occasions.
- Creative problem-solving: Ability to find or create visual elements for challenging projects.
- Attention to detail: Consistency in all visual work.
- Ability to drive results (i. e. clicks and conversions): maintain quality standards for what visual elements lead to clicks and conversions; ability to meet clients' standards for marketing projects.
- Communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with both editorial and marketing team members and stakeholders.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Diligence to adhere to strict photo rights standards.
