About the role

  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and related documents.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize contract files for easy access and reporting.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather information, track contract progress, and ensure timely execution.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including document management and data entry.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors professionally and clearly regarding contracts and agreements.
  • Support management with ad hoc administrative projects.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (essential).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role (contract/agreements experience preferred).
