About the role

- Serve as Integrated Producer on multiple integrated, multi-track projects simultaneously while understanding priorities.
- Forecast production budgets, level of effort, resource requirements, and risk assessments; present to stakeholders.
- Learn and work within client production and procurement guidelines and cost consultants.
- Plan and manage internal and external production resources across several productions.
- Enforce production process and best practices for production, technology, and digital design.
- Maintain and foster relationships with third-party production companies and technology partners.
- Manage communications proactively and independently across all organizational levels.
- Ensure delivery of highest quality work on time and on budget; discern quality and stability of deliverables.
- Be highly organized, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of work experience as a Producer in a creative agency, digital production shop or digital agency.
- Experience managing content (live action, post-production, animation, and CGI) production projects with third-party vendors.
- Experience in a web/e-commerce environment with online applications, interactive user experiences, and website design.
- Ongoing knowledge of web development, email and banner technologies.
- Understanding of business affairs process and know when to involve them in the product life cycle.
- Knowledge of SAG a plus.
- Experience with third-party cost controllers, and ability to manage multiple production bids with multiple vendors.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting implementation and software.
- Knowledge of best practices for social network platform advertising products and technology.
- Self-starter with strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to structure complex projects, manage budgets, calendars, and vendor relationships.
