💰 $150,000 - $170,000 per year
About the role
- Leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives for data management, dashboarding, and data transformation to advance USACE business operations via data tools to include PowerBI
- Making changes to data dashboards, improving data flows and processing, data dictionary, as well as documentation
- Organizing and conducting requirements workshops with stakeholders to identify advanced analytic needs, integration pain points, and solution pathways
- Developing and applying best practices for data modeling, predictive analytics, and the use of AI-enhanced reports in alignment with USACE project goals and deliverable definitions
- Overseeing and ensuring quality technical documentation, including user guides, data dictionaries, and operating procedures, maintaining compliance with USACE standards for all consulting deliverables
- Responding to requests to visualize data based on customer requests for live data needs to include integrating data from multiple sources and data types
Requirements
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree
- Candidate must be eligible to obtain/maintain position of Public Trust/NACI
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience with the following:
- Hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement to include dashboard/report development and data transformation work using PowerBI
- Building persistent data visualizations while also building ad hoc visualizations
- Data aggregation, integration, and visualization
- Agile software delivery
- Experience with US Army Corps of Engineer data and reporting systems (RPM, QFIT, RW, MSC, DashPrint, etc.) (Desired)
- Strong understanding of USACE mission needs and workflows (Desired)
