Account Manager

• Serve as the primary liaison between Shaw and the Home Center Pro sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Pro Sales Managers, Pro Merchants, Pro Product Sales Specialists, etc.
• Support field reps with quoting, product selection, and training resources.
• Oversee Quote Center / Expanded Aisle (Pro Catalog) management and updates.
• Develop and deliver targeted training programs for Home Center Pro teams.
• Lead efforts to simplify and automate bundling of trims, adhesives, and related products for easier quoting and order consolidation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to document and refine workflows for handling Home Center Pro commercial requests.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform strategy.

Sales Development Rep

• Contribute to sales growth by partnering with Shaw Contract Account Executives
• Provide Salesforce training for new Account Executives and internal partners
• Generate comprehensive reports, including 3-year revenue analysis, Tableau visualizations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the CSI system
• Manage email accounts and monitor Salesforce notifications for Account Managers
• Partner with Connect/Inform to create compelling marketing newsletters
• Collaborate with the Strategy and Insights team on new sales initiatives
• Manage dealer price lists, including inputting ESP and Diverzify data accurately
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of data within SFDC, including updates and troubleshooting
• Serve as backup for Account Managers during leave
• Partner with Customer Service to input new customers into Salesforce
• Provide expert recommendations for replacement products based on customer needs
• Organize Lunch & Learn sessions to promote products and services
• Conduct basic market research to assist Account Executives

Sales Development Specialist

Content Marketing Manager

• Create and manage compelling content across digital, social, internal, and marketing channels
• Write and edit a variety of materials including campaign copy, social posts, executive communications, newsletters, presentations, blogs, web content, and internal messaging
• Ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment across multiple business initiatives and audiences
• Translate complex or technical concepts into clear, engaging communications
• Manage day-to-day social media content planning, scheduling, publishing, and engagement support
• Assist in developing communications calendars and campaign messaging strategies
• Monitor trends, platform performance, and engagement opportunities
• Support internal and external communications efforts across multiple teams and initiatives
• Provide light visual design support for presentations, social graphics, branded collateral, and communications materials

• Collaborate cross-functionally both internally and externally to document and refine workflows for handling Home Center Pro commercial requests, including pricing strategy and SIS involvement.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform strategy.
