Architect and execute growth strategy as the first Sales & Marketing hire
Reach and engage inbound/outbound leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Qualify prospects and book discovery calls for the team
Maintain and update lead interactions in CRM (HubSpot)
Collaborate with sales to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Execute email campaigns, lead nurturing flows, and social outreach
Partner with marketing to promote content, track campaigns, and analyze performance
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen positioning
Monitor and report on marketing metrics and funnel performance
Pioneer sales and marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive meeting generation
Ensure seamless client handovers and contribute to content, proposals, and pitches
Refine workflows and processes to continuously improve sales and marketing efficiency
Requirements
At least 5+ years of experience in a marketing, sales development, or lead generation role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable reaching out to leads and holding introductory conversations
Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic marketing automation tools
Experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Google Analytics, or SEM tools
Understanding of inbound marketing and lead scoring
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive results without constant oversight
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset
Must be based locally in the Philippines for occasional onsite activities and compliance with Philippines labor laws
