About the role
- Perform door-to-door (D2D) roofing sales
- Generate self-sourced leads and follow up on some company provided leads
- Participate in detailed training program for new hires
- Compete in bonus competitions and training pay programs
- Opportunity for leadership, upward mobility, and Project Management roles
- Use company vehicle/trucks for work after eligibility and MVR on file
- Conduct roof inspections, walk on roofs, climb ladders, and lift equipment
- Work outside and interact directly with homeowners to close commission-based sales
Requirements
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH D2D SALES
- SOME COMPANY LEADS PROVIDED
- SELF GEN LEADS ARE EXPECTED
- Valid Driver’s License: Essential for the job
- 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License is required
- A self-starting attitude
- Be a go getter
- Reliable Transportation
- You will need to carry a ladder (some collapsible ones may be available to check out from our office)
- Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
- Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
- Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Cell Phone
- Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
- Participation in E-Verify for I9 Verification (work authorization checks)
- Comprehensive background check including criminal history and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check; offers contingent upon successful completion
