About the role
- Generate and qualify leads: book intro meetings for sales team through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media, networking)
- Foster community referrals: build relationships with Side partners to drive referral opportunities
- Drive event engagement: secure attendance at Side-hosted events, activations, and experiences
- Pipeline support: maintain steady pipeline via research, prospecting, and qualification for Account Executives
- Collaboration: work closely with Marketing and Sales to align outreach with campaigns and events
- High-volume outreach: meet daily activity targets (75+ phone touches) plus email and social outreach
- CRM excellence: accurately track and report all activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot)
Requirements
- Hybrid in San Francisco — expectation of 3 days onsite per week
- 2+ years of sales, business development, recruiting, or customer-facing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a proactive, positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (commitment to 75+ phone touches daily) across phone, email, and social platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Passion for real estate, entrepreneurship, and helping agents grow their businesses
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Background and DRE license check required to join Side
- Side uses the E-Verify employment verification program
