About the role
- Build and execute an effective outbound sales strategy for enterprise customers
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market
- Engage in outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
- Implement personalized outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to exchange insights on prospect feedback and market trends
- Continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback
- Monitor and report KPIs related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates and lead quality
- Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies
- Partner with enterprises to help them create new experiences and monetization opportunities using ElevenLabs' voice technology
Requirements
- Prior outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing new business meetings or prior closing experience
- Curiosity: asking insightful questions and developing solutions from a foundation of knowledge and insight
- Self-motivated and proactive while also thriving as part of a team
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential
- Able to work remotely from anywhere in Europe (role is remote); preference for candidates based in Barcelona, Dublin or London
