Recruitment

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for senior leadership roles, including VP/C-level positions.
• Personally source, evaluate, and close executive-level candidates, directly influencing the leadership team at Shakudo.
• Collaborate with the executive team to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for each leadership role.
• Lead the recruitment team (as you scale), while remaining hands-on in sourcing and engaging executive talent.
• Develop strong relationships with external executive search firms and industry networks to supplement in-house recruiting efforts when necessary.
• Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional experience for all candidates.
• Partner closely with senior leaders to ensure recruitment strategies align with broader company goals and objectives.

• Build intelligent automations that combine business logic, data pipelines, and AI to solve scaling challenges

• Build and own a portfolio of applications on top of the Shakudo OS end-to-end (design, implementation, quality, release, iteration)

• Work side-by-side with customers on their most pressing data and AI challenges, deploying Shakudo's proven platform to solve problems that directly impact business outcomes
• Design, develop, and deploy multi-tenant platform components running on Kubernetes with React/TypeScript frontends and TypeScript backends
• Implement DevOps automation and deployment pipelines using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform tailored to enterprise security and compliance
• Own projects from conception to production, ensuring platform reliability, security, and customer success
