• Lead SGA's FinOps practice by defining, implementing and continuously optimizing internal processes, policies and procedures to ensure scalability and alignment with market best practices.
• Product and Go‑to‑Market Development: Design and package new FinOps-focused products, services and consulting offerings for SGA's portfolio.
• Cost Management and Governance: Monitor, analyze and report cloud consumption and costs, identifying savings opportunities and preventing waste.
• Cost Anomaly Analysis: Investigate cost anomalies and adjust thresholds when necessary.
• Use of Artificial Intelligence: Apply and develop AI-driven routines to automate billing anomaly detection and generate strategic insights.
• Strategic Partnership (Cross‑Team): Work hand-in-hand with TAMs and engineering teams to ensure technical architecture aligns with financial best practices.
• FinOps Culture: Promote a culture of cloud financial responsibility across technical teams and clients, fostering transparency and ongoing training.
• Reports and Dashboards: Develop and present executive ROI and TCO reports to C-level stakeholders, translating complex IT metrics into business outcomes.

Network Engineer

• Work on network infrastructure projects, ensuring the correct definition, deployment and sustainment of connectivity solutions.
• Plan, implement and oversee changes in LAN, WAN and WLAN environments, ensuring adherence to technical and business requirements.
• Develop configuration standards, technical documentation and best practices for Routing & Switching environments.
• Participate in the design, implementation and evolution of network security solutions, including firewalls, segmentation and access policies.
• Work on projects involving equipment and solutions from Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point and Palo Alto.
• Implement and support secure network access solutions, including authentication technologies such as 802.1X, MAB, RADIUS and TACACS+.
• Administer and evolve NAC solutions, especially Cisco ISE, including authentication policies, device profiles and integrations with Active Directory.
• Participate in technology modernization projects, environment migrations, security initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
• Work on connectivity and integration projects for Azure Cloud environments, including hybrid networking.
• Support troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis for high-complexity incidents related to network infrastructure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures and project documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors and clients during the planning, deployment and transition phases of solutions.

Senior Network Analyst

Business Analyst

• Lead quoting, renewal, acquisition and license management processes with clients.
• Work directly with distribution partners and manufacturers.
• Ensure correct execution of administrative and commercial processes related to licensing.
• Monitor renewal deadlines, expirations and opportunities for customer upgrades.
• Maintain controls and key performance indicators for the licensing operation.
• Develop operational relationships with strategic partners.
• Track incentive programs, campaigns and opportunities made available by manufacturers.
• Ensure alignment between SGA and partners to streamline commercial and operational processes.

• Map and contact clients who currently purchase only licensing and identify opportunities to expand the commercial relationship.
