About the role
- Provide direct support to the OG-J Protection Warfighting Function Chief.
- Develop and produce graphic products for After Action Reviews (AARs), Mission Command Training (MCT) workshops, In-Progress Reviews (IPR), and other briefings as required.
- Analyze exercise observations as they apply to the tactical, operational and strategic levels of war.
- Research and analyze operations and events during exercises to ensure conformity with U.S. Joint doctrine, Army doctrine, and Army or unit policies and procedures.
- Maintain proficiency in Conventional Force - Special Operations Force - Interdependence, Integration and Interoperability (CF-SOFI3).
- Support the MCTP AAR analysis and production.
- Serve as a planning team lead responsible for planning, preparation, documentation, and execution of contractor supported MCTP exercises and OG-J activities per contractual deliverables.
- Assist the Senior Analyst in completing associated contract deliverable documents.

Requirements
- A U.S. Citizenship.
- An acitve DoD Secret security clearance.
- A BS or BA degree.
- To be familiar with the Protection Warfighting Function (WfF) and Army/Joint/Special Operations Forces doctrine.
- Experience in simulation training and simulation programs used for Army training, scenario development experience.
- To be proficient with MS Office Suite or other software.
- Hands on experience in the assembly and presentation of Army AARs.
- To be able to travel 25%.
- Additional desired experience and skills: US Military Special Operations Force (SOF) background.
- Combat deployment experience in OIF, OEF, OND, etc.
- Graduate degree.
- Command Experience at Company or Battalion level
- Experience at Battalion or Brigade S-3.
- Group/Brigade or higher staff officer experience.
