Draft, review, and assist in the negotiation of commercial contracts (supplier, vendor, and service agreements).
Provide legal support on matters related to civil, labor, consumer, and commercial law.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal notes, memos, and opinions.
Monitor legislation and regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
Assist in resolving disputes, claims, and litigation matters, including coordination with external counsels.
Draft and review Board of Directors and General Assembly minutes; support corporate projects (share capital increases, loans, filings with authorities).
Manage corporate records and legal documentation, including signature, notarization, and legalization processes.
Update and maintain legal templates; support the implementation of legal policies and compliance procedures.
Collaborate with external stakeholders (law firms, auditors, notaries, regulators) on corporate and regulatory issues.
Provide day-to-day support to internal departments to facilitate business operations while mitigating legal risks.
Requirements
Law degree from a reputable university.
Licensed to practice law in Greece (preferred but not mandatory for junior level).
Postgraduate degree (LL.M.) considered an asset.
1–3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department (focus on commercial, labor, or consumer law).
Familiarity with corporate law and corporate housekeeping procedures.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong IT literacy (MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
Professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
