• Deliver onboarding and induction training for new sales team members, ensuring a smooth integration into our retail culture and standards.
• Develop and deliver interactive training sessions focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, and product expertise.
• Collaborate closely with the Retail Operations and HR teams to identify training needs and design relevant development programs.
• Conduct in-store coaching sessions and provide ongoing support to enhance performance and confidence in the sales floor.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and store results, and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Create engaging digital learning materials (presentations, guides, quizzes) for use within our LMS platform.
• Support the rollout of new sales processes, product launches, and campaigns by preparing and upskilling store teams.
• Participate in the company’s 5-day Induction Program, representing the sales training stream.

Sales Trainer

Product Manager

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis for the assigned Tech category to align commercial strategy with market opportunities
• Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
• Take ownership of the assigned product category: determine product mix, implement pricing policies, and manage stock supply to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Regularly evaluate and adjust product offerings based on market dynamics and performance analysis
• Cultivate and develop professional relationships with internal and external partners, including suppliers
• Engage in effective communication to align strategies and negotiate offers with internal teams and external suppliers
• Negotiate offers and oversee the procurement process for products from internal and external suppliers, ensuring favorable terms

• Drive net sales and day-to-day operations and know sales situation through sales and customer behavior analysis and follow up
• Monitor channel performance & online assortment vs previous year and vs competition
• Identify opportunities, threats and set priorities based on biggest customer impact
• Responsible for daily optimization and evaluation of our online touchpoints, components and customer relevance

• Draft, review, and assist in the negotiation of commercial contracts (supplier, vendor, and service agreements).
• Provide legal support on matters related to civil, labor, consumer, and commercial law.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal notes, memos, and opinions.
• Monitor legislation and regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Assist in resolving disputes, claims, and litigation matters, including coordination with external counsels.
• Draft and review Board of Directors and General Assembly minutes; support corporate projects (share capital increases, loans, filings with authorities).
