About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review requirements, specifications, and user stories to provide meaningful feedback from a quality perspective
Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scenarios
Execute manual test cases and report test results accurately
Identify, document, and track defects using Jira
Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure application stability
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members to ensure product quality
Create, review, and maintain Cucumber (Gherkin) scenarios to support Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices
Contribute ideas to improve QA processes, test documentation, and overall testing efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
Any QA experience (Internships, academic projects, or personal projects related to software testing) is considered a plus
Basic knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML, REST APIs, or web technologies is considered an advantage
Understanding of software testing concepts, test case design, and defect reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
