About the role
- Leading and facilitating enterprise-wide projects
- Directing implementation of multi-departmental, medium to large scale projects
- Managing project through Project Management Lifecycle
- Leading project meetings with business partners
- Identifying, documenting and prioritizing scope changes and facilitating approval process
- Setting and managing expectations with resource managers and team members
- Managing operational and tactical aspects of the project
- Creating an effective team environment , building strong relationships, solving problems and issues
- Developing work plan structure and project schedule to meet delivery timelines
- Managing and updating project plans; maintaining risk, actions, issue and decision log
- Facilitating resolution of issues and escalating as appropriate
- Conducting project lessons learned and close-out activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree (Required)
- PMP Certification (Preferred)
- Experience in Healthcare (Preferred)
- Smartsheet, MS Project experience (Preferred)
