Customer Success Manager

• Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers throughout EMEA to deliver exemplary customer experience
• Hire, train, onboard, performance manage, and scale CSMs; own team development and satisfaction
• Manage a book of business and act as strategic advisor to drive product adoption, retention, and advocacy
• Measure and track CSM KPIs; provide guidance and feedback to meet adoption, retention, satisfaction, advocacy, and expansion targets

Customer Success Team Lead

Data Engineer

• Build and maintain a deep understanding of the data and analytics landscape at Semperis including data sources, data and analytic assets and products, analytic tools and software, and master data
• Deploy and manage cloud data warehouse
• Perform data warehouse maintenance, optimization and configuration tuning

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Qualify, manage and support leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities, and progress opportunities through closure. Convert SQLs from our SDR team into closed/won opportunities.
• Own the market in your territory through trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances along with territory Channel Director.

DevOps Engineer

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of build and release pipelines
• Provide day-to-day guidance and direct support to a team of three global DevOps engineers
• Conduct 1:1s, deliver performance reviews, and promote professional development across the team

As a trusted advisor, you’ll lead client engagements across onboarding, implementation, readiness assessments, playbook enhancements, tabletop exercises, and strategic advisory. You’ll partner with executives, security leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure customers realize the full value of their Ready1 investment.
Lead Ready1 onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes.
Configure platform access, workflows, and integrations aligned to client requirements.
Manage stakeholder alignment, deliver enablement sessions, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Design and facilitate scenario-driven tabletop exercises to pressure-test crisis response and business continuity plans.
