About the role

  • At Semperis, our mission is to be a Force for Good. Starting with being a great place to work. We believe that when people feel valued, supported, and empowered, they do their best work. That’s why we focus on creating an employee experience rooted in purpose, growth, and balance. Semperis has been recognized as one of America’s Fastest-Growing Cybersecurity Companies by the Inc. 5000, a DUNS 100 Top Startup to Work For, and a multi-year Inc. Best Workplace awardee. We are looking for a Senior Cyber Delivery Consultant to join our Professional Services team. This role goes beyond traditional implementation—it’s about helping organizations strengthen resilience, align with regulatory and business requirements, and embed Ready1 into the fabric of their crisis response processes. As a trusted advisor, you’ll lead client engagements across onboarding, implementation, readiness assessments, playbook enhancements, tabletop exercises, and strategic advisory. You’ll partner with executives, security leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure customers realize the full value of their Ready1 investment. Lead Ready1 onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes. Configure platform access, workflows, and integrations aligned to client requirements. Manage stakeholder alignment, deliver enablement sessions, and facilitate knowledge transfer. Design and facilitate scenario-driven tabletop exercises to pressure-test crisis response and business continuity plans. Deliver after-action reports with findings and recommendations. Support iterative improvements by re-running exercises in-platform. Assess client playbooks against industry best practices, frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 22301, CIRCIA, SEC, DORA, NIS2, CCOP), and regulatory requirements. Enhance or co-develop playbooks, ensuring clarity, ownership, and readiness for real-world scenarios. Implement playbooks within Ready1 for dynamic use during incidents. Conduct holistic resilience assessments covering governance, people, process, and technology. Deliver maturity scoring and gap analysis based on NIST CSF 2.0 and NIST 800-61. Provide roadmap recommendations to improve cyber crisis readiness and operational resilience. Deliver ongoing platform and user management, ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and readiness. Support client crisis teams with ongoing playbook maintenance, tabletop exercises, and board-level reporting. Act as an embedded extension of client teams to drive sustained adoption and resilience outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in cybersecurity consulting, crisis management, or professional services. Proven experience delivering crisis management workshops, playbook enhancements, and resilience assessments. Strong facilitation skills with executive presence—able to run board-level tabletop exercises and workshops. Deep familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST 800-61, ISO 22301, and other resilience frameworks. Ability to balance technical delivery with strategic advisory. Excellent communication, report writing, and client engagement skills. Project management experience driving multi-phase client engagements including contract management, time management, and project scope planning and management.
