About the role
- Manage SIEM security monitoring platforms;
- Administer central service platforms, including SIEMs such as QRadar, Zabbix, SOAR platforms, and automation tools;
- Manage and escalate issues with vendors;
- Manage and execute upgrade projects for the central monitoring platform;
- Manage operational improvements;
- Develop and maintain monitoring controls for the managed platforms.
Requirements
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Networks & Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields;
- Experience in Cybersecurity;
- Experience managing or administering SIEM monitoring systems;
- Availability to work on-call;
- Certifications in IBM QRadar platforms are a plus;
- Intermediate (B1) or higher level in English and Spanish is a plus.
