About the role
- Support the operational routines of the Planning and Performance Coordination;
- Work in partnership with other coordinations within the Pedagogical Directorate to map processes, analyze data, and propose improvements and automations;
- Map processes using tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, Draw.io or similar;
- Support the development of No-code technology solutions (such as Bubble.io);
- Create and update dashboards and reports in Power BI;
- Analyze available data, support the construction of new processes, and propose ways to automate existing activities by efficiently connecting data and tools.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Technology (IT) or a related field;
- Basic knowledge of programming logic;
- Basic knowledge of databases;
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Power BI, Apps Script or VBA;
- Advanced Excel;
- Proactive and analytical profile;
- Preferred: Experience in No-code development (Bubble.io);
- Advantage: Experience in process mapping focused on data analysis and automations.
