• Contact instructors via chat, WhatsApp, email and phone to schedule events.
• Perform administrative activities (filling spreadsheets, organizing schedules, requesting communications, setting up broadcast links, among others).
• Manage and resolve inquiries across communication/support channels.
• Interact with other Gran teams on matters related to online events.
• Participate in pre- and post-exam activities.
• Monitor public notices and communication channels.
