Customer Success Manager

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and exploratory analyses on contact base behavior (engagement, conversion, churn, lifecycle, etc.)
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for activation and journey strategies
• Collaborate with the governance and activation teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in CRM approaches and segmentations
• Monitor key CRM metrics and propose predictive models to support decision-making (e.g., propensity to convert, dynamic segmentations)
• Serve as guardian of the quality and consistency of data used for CRM, working collaboratively with technology and BI teams
• Design, monitor, and propose data-driven tests and experiments in coordination with activation analysts
