About the role
- Negotiate with sellers to onboard them to the Beleza na Web platform — Grupo Boticário's multi-brand e-commerce;
- Develop negotiation strategies aimed at marketplace profitability and that create value for the partner/seller;
- Monitor performance metrics after partner/seller activation;
- Participate in the process and support the onboarding team for new partners/sellers;
- Attend meetings with the commercial team to align Hunting results;
- Control and develop tactical plans aligned with the board's medium- and long-term strategy;
- Develop workflows and working methods for new demands;
- Manage performance indicators;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Experience with integrators and e-commerce platforms;
- Experience in the commercial/sales area, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong negotiation skills.
