Administer and coordinate game production for a tactical RPG set in an alternate history 1930s New York City.
Assist with project scheduling and team coordination and attend daily scrum, retrospectives, sprint planning, and design meetings.
Assist with tracking and organizing game assets throughout the Asset Pipelines.
Know the numbers and be the voice of reality: assess what is possible and what isn't; set realistic timelines and expectations.
Actively collaborate with the Team, identify risks, and openly communicate progress and concerns.
Help create and maintain project documentation.
Administer internal and external game testing efforts and report on results.
Help manage relationships and progress with outside vendors (e.g., localization).
Analyze other games and the videogame marketplace.
Assist with onboarding new-hires and familiarizing them with tools and processes.
Regular collaboration online during core work hours; occasional travel and after-hours calls may be required.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in a Videogame Producer role.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
Must reside within the UTC-4 to UTC-8 timezones (USA or Canada).
Expert scrum master.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Confluence, Jira, and Miro.
Experienced using JQL and Jira automation.
Excellent written, visual, and verbal English language communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills; resourceful and able to find solutions when needed.
Strong self-discipline, motivated, self-starter with a drive for excellence.
Organized, detail-oriented, able to work fast and loose or carefully when needed.
Courteous and patient; able to give and receive constructive and inspirational feedback gracefully.
Able to work effectively with people having a variety of personalities and backgrounds.

Comfortable collaborating during core work hours (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM Pacific) and willing to expect occasional travel and calls during late evenings and early mornings.
