About the role
- Huble is an international creative digital business & CRM consultancy with Elite HubSpot Partner status.
- Manage development and management of project plans for creative marketing campaign projects within HubSpot from discovery to delivery.
- Oversee discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations.
- Manage project scope, assess requirements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Plan and scope projects: define goals, translate objectives into briefs, develop plans, timelines, and budgets, identify dependencies.
- Coordinate across teams: Creative, Design, Media, Consultancy, Development; prioritize work and allocate resources.
- Maintain project management tools, manage campaign and production assets, and remove blockers.
- Quality control, compliance (legal, GDPR, accessibility, HubSpot best practices), testing and KPIs tracking.
- Work synchronously with teams in Central or Eastern time zones; collaborate with COO and PM Pod Lead in pod-style team structure.
- Candidates must have legal right to work and current residency in USA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
- Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on digital marketing campaign projects.
- Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
- Experience in a Consultancy or Agency is highly desirable.
