Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for overseeing the entire financial function for all entities under SEIDOR Africa.
• Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage consolidated results and maintain robust financial controls and statutory compliance across the group.
• Act as a financial business partner to senior management, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
• Conduct financial analysis, interpret trends, and provide regular reports on key financial metrics to executive leadership.
• Manage and refine the financial consolidation process for all entities within the group.
• Oversee the full financial function, including general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management for the group.
• Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliance is met, including tax submissions and company secretarial requirements for all South African entities.
