Drive partner satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive engagement and joint value creation.
Identify upsell/cross-sell and expansion opportunities via partner channels.
Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate partners on Seez’s product, sales process, and best practices.
Track and report on partner performance metrics (revenue contribution, lead generation, activation rate, NPS).
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within SaaS, AI, or Automotive Tech sectors.
Strong project management and organizational abilities — able to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills at all levels (including C-suite).
Data-driven mindset; comfortable with dashboards, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other languages are a plus.
