About the role
- Build and manage long-term relationships with VIP customers, delivering personalized and exceptional experiences
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring proactive communication about exclusive promotions, events, and offers
- Develop and execute strategic retention plans, leveraging data and insights to enhance engagement and loyalty
- Resolve high-priority client issues quickly and professionally, coordinating with internal teams to ensure top-tier service
- Analyze VIP activity and betting behavior, identifying trends and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and lifetime value
- Collaborate with VIP CRM, BI, Customer Support, and Team Leads to optimize processes and share actionable customer insights
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies in every interaction
- Represent us at select VIP events, with openness to occasional travel
Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management, VIP Customer Management, or similar roles (iGaming or Sports Betting experience preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data, KPIs, and customer trends
- Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written) and Fluent Spanish
- Proficiency with CRM systems, communication platforms, and reporting tools
- Customer-first mindset, capable of working flexible hours to support VIP needs and attend events when required
