About the role
- Develop and lead the field events strategy for EMEA/APAC.
- Plan, manage, and execute in-person and virtual events—conferences, trade shows, webinars, and more.
- Align event plans with regional sales goals and partner strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on promotions, campaigns, and content.
- Own logistics end-to-end—from venue selection to budget tracking to post-event analysis.
- Track key metrics like engagement, leads, and ROI—and continuously optimize for impact.
- Build relationships with vendors, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B field marketing or event management—ideally in tech or SaaS.
- Proven success running events in the EMEA and/or APAC markets.
- Strong project management skills with a detail-first mindset.
- Solid experience with Salesforce (lead tracking, campaign reporting).
- Bonus points for: experience with Monday.com, German or other languages, and knowledge of the industrial analytics space.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
