Running all marketing timelines ensuring marketing efforts stay on track through the duration of the promotion cycle.
Collaborating and coordinating with departments across the business to ensure optimization of all of our events.
Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders on campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Managing event marketing budgets, tracking spend against ROI targets.
Establishing KPIs, metrics, and tracking mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of all of our events.
Staying ahead of trends in live event marketing, music culture, digital media and experimenting with emerging platforms and tools to reach new audiences.
Collaborating with promoters, venue partners, and sponsors to amplify marketing reach.
Leading list growth from events for email, social, and SMS channels, ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in events marketing, marketing management, or related roles
Strong understanding of events strategy, ticket sales, creative development & social media trends.
Excellent communication, copywriting, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms.
Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Experience working in the electronic music industry is beneficial.
