About the role
- Collaborate with the Events Manager to plan and execute virtual and in-person events (80% of time)
- Support event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, booth setup, and on-site support when necessary
- Track event metrics and provide post-event analysis to evaluate success
- Maintain project documentation including timelines, budgets, contracts, and vendor communications
- Conduct quality checks on event assets to ensure brand consistency and error-free execution
- Identify risks and troubleshoot issues before and during events
- Liaise cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event objectives with business goals
- Leverage AI tools to streamline event planning workflows
- Manage and execute account-based marketing initiatives and regional programs (20% of time)
- Create and localize marketing materials for specific regions and use marketing analytics tools to report on campaign performance
Requirements
- Located in UK or Netherlands
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of event marketing experience
- Willingness to travel by plane (~40%)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations
- Curiosity and openness to adopting new technologies, including AI
- Proficiency in Zuddl, Salesforce, Splash, Monday.com a plus
