About the role

  • Collaborate with the Events Manager to plan and execute virtual and in-person events (80% of time)
  • Support event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, booth setup, and on-site support when necessary
  • Track event metrics and provide post-event analysis to evaluate success
  • Maintain project documentation including timelines, budgets, contracts, and vendor communications
  • Conduct quality checks on event assets to ensure brand consistency and error-free execution
  • Identify risks and troubleshoot issues before and during events
  • Liaise cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event objectives with business goals
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline event planning workflows
  • Manage and execute account-based marketing initiatives and regional programs (20% of time)
  • Create and localize marketing materials for specific regions and use marketing analytics tools to report on campaign performance

Requirements

  • Located in UK or Netherlands
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of event marketing experience
  • Willingness to travel by plane (~40%)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations
  • Curiosity and openness to adopting new technologies, including AI
  • Proficiency in Zuddl, Salesforce, Splash, Monday.com a plus
