• Assist our clients with planning, running, and optimising release campaigns
• Direct paid media with confidence and manage campaign budgets
• Connect opportunities across Beatport and other DSPs into campaigns that work harder
• Work with internal teams and third-party services to ensure client campaigns are delivered on time
• Maintain strong relationships with key DSPs
• Report on the metrics that matter and build success with clients
• Act as the primary marketing contact for clients
• Run regular check-ins to understand goals, share updates, and recommend optimisations
• Surface opportunities through internal products and external tools

• Managing day-to-day support for a portfolio of label clients.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for client questions and issues.
• Advising clients on industry best practices, distribution workflows, and platform functionality.
• Building strong relationships with our clients, as well as external labels, distributors, and industry partners.
• Supporting the onboarding and training of new clients.
• Working closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to resolve issues.
• Sharing client feedback to help improve products and services.
• Staying informed on digital music trends, DSPs, and distribution best practices.
