• Running all marketing timelines ensuring marketing efforts stay on track through the duration of the promotion cycle.
• Collaborating and coordinating with departments across the business to ensure optimization of all of our events.
• Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders on campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Managing event marketing budgets, tracking spend against ROI targets.
• Establishing KPIs, metrics, and tracking mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of all of our events.
• Staying ahead of trends in live event marketing, music culture, digital media and experimenting with emerging platforms and tools to reach new audiences.
• Collaborating with promoters, venue partners, and sponsors to amplify marketing reach.
• Leading list growth from events for email, social, and SMS channels, ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance.
