Requirements
Possess excellent English written skills (French and other languages are an asset)
Available to work 4 days / week for a total of 40 hours (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. EST)
Available for remote training from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST Monday to Friday for a duration of 4 to 6 weeks before transitioning into the above-mentioned shift
Have a good work from home setup (designated private & quiet area, high speed hard-wired internet and webcam)
Have a great track record within a customer service environment
Find sales fun and motivating
Are computer savvy and comfortable working between different software and websites
Are able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (chat/email)
Can type fast enough to keep up with multiple conversations
Familiar with online streaming services and web browsers
Known for your punctuality and positive attitude.
