About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for Financial Planners, Private Bankers, Regional Sales Managers, and Branch Partners
- Own and follow up on complex files
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored wealth and investment-related solutions
- Manage transactional outcomes and escalate unresolved situations
- Maintain current knowledge of investment markets, trends, and practices
- Incorporate relevant marketing programs and promotions into customer interactions
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements
- May initiate outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in financial services or investment operations
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of BMO Investment / BMO InvestorLine products and services
- Understanding of competitive market trends and product offerings
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingualism (French and English) preferred
- Strong collaboration and team skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
