💰 $200,000 - $260,000 per year
About the role
- Define and own Individual Solutions (life and annuity) customer and channel partner experience, including decisions on cost and value.
- Oversee strategy execution, including: Implementation of life/annuity products onto our systems, directly through their team and indirectly through partnership with shared services
- Onboarding of new channel partners, implementation of channel partner needs, and oversight of capabilities needed to serve our customers & channel partners
- Communication and coordination across the enterprise to ensure successful prioritization and delivery of results that drive our strategic outcomes
- Oversee Agile Product resources that prioritize ET agile work to ensure strategic objectives are met
- Lead shared services partnership (e.g. Enterprise Technology, Operations, and Marketing) including: driving alignment, accountability, and value delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in insurance or financial services leadership role
- Proven track record of strategy creation (with preference for customer experience strategy), building buy in and alignment across a matrix organization, and ensuring successful execution of the strategy
- Strong understanding (or ability to acquire) of agile delivery practices and ability to leverage to drive business outcomes
- Strong knowledge (or ability to acquire) of independent life insurance and annuity distribution and customers
- Ability to translate this knowledge into a strategy to drive profitable growth via customer experience
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to motivate cross functional teams to achieve strategic outcomes
