Customer Support

• Define and own Individual Solutions (life and annuity) customer and channel partner experience, including decisions on cost and value.
• Oversee strategy execution, including: Implementation of life/annuity products onto our systems, directly through their team and indirectly through partnership with shared services
• Onboarding of new channel partners, implementation of channel partner needs, and oversight of capabilities needed to serve our customers & channel partners
• Communication and coordination across the enterprise to ensure successful prioritization and delivery of results that drive our strategic outcomes
• Oversee Agile Product resources that prioritize ET agile work to ensure strategic objectives are met
• Lead shared services partnership (e.g. Enterprise Technology, Operations, and Marketing) including: driving alignment, accountability, and value delivery
