About the role
- Provide high-level technical support, guidance, and expertise in deployment and operation of Securiti software solutions
- Implement Securiti products on customer infrastructure following industry best practices
- Manage deployments across AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and on-premise environments
- Lead planning, installation, configuration, and optimization of software solutions in diverse client environments
- Drive post-sales customer engagement and ensure successful project implementations and integrations
- Conduct customer training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to resolve issues
- Oversee project timelines, resources, deliverables, deadlines, and budgets
- Collaborate globally with sales, marketing, product management, professional services, and engineering teams for a seamless customer lifecycle
- Apply expertise in Data Privacy & Security, SQL/NoSQL, Linux, Networking, Cloud Platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, and Virtualization
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field
- 3+ years of work experience in a client-facing technical role (professional services engineer, technical consultant, or related)
- 2+ years of experience with large enterprises focusing on data projects
- Proficiency in Data Privacy and Security (DLP, Encryption, Access, Classification, etc.)
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with Linux, Bash scripting, and Linux-based system components
- Experience with programming languages: Python and Golang
- Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure)
- Experience architecting infrastructures for diverse application scales
- Knowledge of container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools
- Proficiency in software deployment, configuration, and system performance tuning
- Solid understanding of regulatory, compliance, data security and privacy requirements
- Proven project management experience managing technical projects, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and flexibility in diverse environments
- Client-facing experience, post-sales engagement, and technical problem-solving skills
