Technical Account Manager

• Combine technical and commercial responsibilities as post-sales technical lead for assigned customers
• Become the post-sales technical lead for assigned customer workloads running on Snowflake and provide technical guidance
• Engage support and cross-functional teams to expedite resolution of customer issues and monitor incoming cases
• Educate customers post-production and develop/manage strategies for efficient workload consumption
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to identify and recommend strategies to achieve customer business goals
• Work with Snowflake Product and Engineering teams to access new product features, private previews, and platform upgrade requirements
• Act as technical advisor for production workloads across multiple use cases within large, complex organizations
• Utilize resources from Performance Engineering, Professional Services, Incident Management, and Support Engineering and engage specialized experts when needed
• Work closely with account teams to drive growth for assigned customer use cases and develop actionable plans
• Travel regionally to customer locations, deliver on-site solutions, and build strong customer relationships
