About the role
- Manage and develop North American partner ecosystem
- Build strategic relationships with partners in the IT and OT markets
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive growth across North America
- Manage and nurture relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with company goals
- Work closely with partners to drive sales, increase market share, and ensure mutual success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner needs and optimize synergies
- Identify new partnership opportunities and areas for expansion
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the channel landscape
Requirements
- Based on the US East Coast
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Channel Management or partnership roles, preferably within the tech industry
- Proven track record of driving successful partnership strategies and execution
- Familiarity with the IT Security market, IoT, or OT is a plus
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Capability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
