Familiarity with home-related perils (e.g., electrical fire, appliance failure, water loss) and mitigation technologies (e.g., IoT sensors, shutoff valves)
Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in a relevant field (e.g., Design Research, Foresight, Engineering, Behavioral Economics) — highly preferred
Background in insurance, home services, climate tech, or other risk-based industries — highly preferred
Familiarity with frameworks like Jobs to Be Done, Design Thinking, or Three Horizons — highly preferred
Experience working with or within cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and analytics — highly preferred
Knowledge of natural catastrophe perils (e.g., hurricane, wildfire, earthquake, tornado) and their implications on property risk and insurance strategy — highly preferred
