Research Analyst

• The Senior Real Estate Market Research Specialist is responsible for compiling and analyzing data to support strategic growth initiatives across the organization
• This role evaluates store performance and location attributes to inform decisions related to new store openings, relocations, lease renewals, and closures
• It also supports enterprise-wide strategy by identifying trends and providing insights related to store location performance
• Compiles REC and/or RE tour materials with assessment of potential store sites
• Participates in periodic real estate inspection trips with brokers to further deepen market understanding
