About the role
- Architect, code, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Flows.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, resolve issues within SLA, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Maintain user roles, security settings, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, custom objects, and fields.
- Execute bulk data migrations and updates using Salesforce Data Loader and advanced Excel.
- Manage sandbox environments, deploy changes via change sets or CI/CD pipelines, and adhere to governance processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements.
- Create and update technical documentation: requirements specs, process flows, data models, and training materials.
- Design, build, and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support business metrics.
- Provide end-user training and post-deployment support, ensuring smooth adoption of new features.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in application support or similar role
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Salesforce Admin 201, Sales Cloud, or Platform Developer certification preferred
- Proven experience supporting production and sandbox environments
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, JavaScript, and HTML
- Strong data manipulation skills using Data Loader and Excel
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
