About the role

  • Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the lifecycle management of our CRM platform. This role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Management, Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.\n
  • Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the Salesforce data architecture, supporting robust reporting and analytics. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and best practices. Lead integration of Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware, and data tools. Define and enforce development standards, governance policies, and architectural best practices. Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to optimize system speed, scalability, and usability. Oversee development of custom Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce. Evaluate, implement, and manage third-party tools and plugins to enhance platform functionality. Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards. Build and maintain DevOps pipelines using Salesforce DevOps Center. Provide strategic guidance on CRM usage and future roadmap opportunities.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect required.\n
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CRM, application development, cloud architecture, or related fields.\n
  • 10+ years of Salesforce CRM experience, with at least 6 years focused on solution architecture or development.\n
  • Proven leadership in enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives with cross-functional teams.\n
  • Strong executive presence, business acumen, and communication skills.\n
  • Experience identifying technical design risks and implementing governance strategies.\n
  • Proficiency in release management, CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and deployment tools.\n
  • Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and hybrid integrations.\n
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific constraints (data volumes, limits, migrations).\n
  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end Salesforce projects.\n
  • Strong technical expertise in Apex, Flows, LWC, Aura, DevOps, Pardot, AWS, APIs, and integrations.\n
  • Proficiency in data modeling, ETL tools, and Salesforce data utilities (Data Loader, Workbench).\n
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security models and data access controls.\n
  • Proven ability to mentor teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n
  • Strong project management skills and Agile/Scrum experience.
