About the role

  • Source & Engage Talent: Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the perfect fit between clients and candidates.
  • Partner with clients to understand company culture and hiring needs; deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions, and oversee onboarding for successful placements.
  • Maintain market knowledge: industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights to advise clients.
  • Operate independently using provided systems, premium tools, and collaborative team support to grow recruitment business.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in recruitment or agency staffing, with a strong track record of success.
  • CEI Certified: Valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious; thrives in a performance-based, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Creative problem-solver comfortable in fast-paced, competitive settings.
  • Client-centric mindset committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to operate as an independent contractor (full-commission role).
