The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for providing core HR support to our business leaders and their teams. This role will have an emphasis on being a trusted advisor to the organization. The HRBP will have a broad scope and the ability to impact career growth, employee development, compensation and benefits, performance and engagement across the organization. This role reports to the Director, People.
Strategic Partnership & Workforce Planning: Serve as a strategic partner to team leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, values, and principles.
Performance Management & Talent Development: Partner with managers on performance management, including coaching and corrective actions; support the performance review process; design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs; support career development; collaborate cross-functionally to increase retention.
Employee Relations & Policy: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies; build trusted relationships with employees and leaders to strengthen engagement; provide guidance on HR policies and practices.
HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; leverage HRIS and people analytics to track key metrics; support end-to-end onboarding and deliver a positive new hire experience, with a focus on remote and hybrid environments.
Change Management & Scalability: Drive change management initiatives to support rapid scaling, organizational transitions, and cross-functional alignment; identify opportunities for process improvements and scalable people practices.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, with SaaS industry experience required.
HRBP experience supporting SaaS GTM teams is highly preferred.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
Experience in a high-growth, remote-first, tech startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
