About the role

  • Design, implement, and optimize cloud architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions.
  • Lead cloud migrations, hybrid cloud solutions, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for repeatable, version-controlled deployments.
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable delivery.
  • Build and maintain centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
  • Lead incident response and postmortems to identify and eliminate root causes.
  • Implement cloud security best practices and work closely with compliance teams.
  • Partner with developers, QA, and product teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
  • Mentor junior DevOps engineers and drive knowledge-sharing across the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, Azure DevOps) and GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, IAM, networking).
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or Pulumi).
  • Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and release automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines).
  • Excellent scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
  • Strong understanding of networking, DNS, load balancers, and security in cloud environments.
