About the role

Deploy our systems at customer sites
Conduct end-user training
Perform Acceptance Tests for GSM, UMTS, and LTE solutions
Oversee projects from initiation to completion
Prepare and update project documentation
Provide on-site and remote technical support (Tier 3) for both software and hardware
Constant communication and collaboration with in-house teams
Follow departmental processes and ensure KPIs are met

Strong background in intelligence technologies and methodologies
CSS (Cell Site Simulators) experience
Strong relationship and knowledge of government security customer base
Law enforcement background is a plus
Telco or Wireless Communications experience with GSM, UMTS, and LTE
Experience with Electrical or RF Lab equipment
Minimum education level: Telecommunication, Computer Studies or Equivalent
Experience in technical pre-sale, customer support, and conducting technical training
Strong understanding of Windows OS
US Citizen is Required
