💰 $100,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Deploy our systems at customer sites
- Conduct end-user training
- Perform Acceptance Tests for GSM, UMTS, and LTE solutions
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion
- Prepare and update project documentation
- Provide on-site and remote technical support (Tier 3) for both software and hardware
- Constant communication and collaboration with in-house teams
- Follow departmental processes and ensure KPIs are met
Requirements
- Strong background in intelligence technologies and methodologies
- CSS (Cell Site Simulators) experience
- Strong relationship and knowledge of government security customer base
- Law enforcement background is a plus
- Telco or Wireless Communications experience with GSM, UMTS, and LTE
- Experience with Electrical or RF Lab equipment
- Minimum education level: Telecommunication, Computer Studies or Equivalent
- Experience in technical pre-sale, customer support, and conducting technical training
- Strong understanding of Windows OS
- US Citizen is Required
