Provide technical sales leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry.
Develop sales strategic plans for technical products to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
Develop programs and initiatives to drive the recognition of the company in the technology market.
Interface with Company ownership to ensure that all goals and objectives are identified and met.
Understand complex products and services and lead cross functional teams in strategizing and executing high-level sales initiatives.
Drive technology revenue growth, foster key client relationships, and align sales objectives with company's technological and business goals.
Lead technical sales and future departmental technology sales growth; sell Biometric services.
Develop sales strategy for technical products and oversee technology sales performance and targets across BD/Sales.
Foster collaboration with global DIA team in supporting and providing technical expertise and product knowledge for the WIN.
Represent key technology offerings in conferences and innovation competitions and acknowledgements.
Work closely with technology implementation teams and clients to understand needs and tailor solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for each technology product and lead efforts to define, secure and manage high-value accounts.
Understand emerging technologies and market trends; forge strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Identify and create channel sales strategies, enabling partners through training and support.
Adherence to all essential systems and processes required at SDC to maintain compliance to business and regulatory requirements.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Successful track record of management of sales in a technology driven company.
Prior background in the technology sales.
A broad understanding of SDC technology offerings and processes.
Ability to travel extensively in support of new and existing Sales and Marketing efforts.
Demonstrated influencing and negotiating ability.
Ability to thrive working independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Self-starter and a willingness to own and drive issues through to resolution.
Passion, energy, personal drive and motivation.
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), a strategic mindset, an ability to interface at an executive level and a polished presence are required.
Bachelor’s degree in applied or life science (or business) with at least ten years of increasing Sales related position responsibility experience.
An MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.
