- Functional knowledge : Familiarity with basic data migration concepts, data types, and data governance. Some exposure to ETL tools in a learning or training environment.
- Technical knowledge : Basic SQL skills. Familiarity with any ETL tool (e.g., hands-on training with Talend, Microsoft SSIS).
- Soft skills : Willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and effective communication.
