About the role
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and guiding candidates through the hiring process
- Work with data and recruitment metrics to improve decision-making and track hiring success
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Screen and evaluate both technical and non-technical candidates across multiple domains
- Apply AI tools and methodologies to streamline recruiting processes, enhance sourcing, and improve candidate evaluation
- Leverage knowledge of technology, AI, and technical roles to effectively assess candidates and engage with hiring teams
- Conduct interviews, assess skills and culture fit, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain and organize the candidate database, ensuring accurate records and effective use of talent pipelines
- Maintain talent pipelines across multiple regions and adjust strategies for global hiring needs
- Overlap with different time zones as needed to support international recruitment efforts
- Contribute to broader HR and cross-departmental initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong understanding of technology, AI, and technical hiring
- Proficiency with recruitment data, analytics, AI-powered tools, ATS, and candidate databases
- Ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles
- Native or C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruiting independently
- Interest in broader HR functions and cross-departmental initiatives
- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
