About the role

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and guiding candidates through the hiring process
  • Work with data and recruitment metrics to improve decision-making and track hiring success
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Screen and evaluate both technical and non-technical candidates across multiple domains
  • Apply AI tools and methodologies to streamline recruiting processes, enhance sourcing, and improve candidate evaluation
  • Leverage knowledge of technology, AI, and technical roles to effectively assess candidates and engage with hiring teams
  • Conduct interviews, assess skills and culture fit, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Maintain and organize the candidate database, ensuring accurate records and effective use of talent pipelines
  • Maintain talent pipelines across multiple regions and adjust strategies for global hiring needs
  • Overlap with different time zones as needed to support international recruitment efforts
  • Contribute to broader HR and cross-departmental initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong understanding of technology, AI, and technical hiring
  • Proficiency with recruitment data, analytics, AI-powered tools, ATS, and candidate databases
  • Ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Native or C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication and interviewing skills
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruiting independently
  • Interest in broader HR functions and cross-departmental initiatives
  • Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
